Will you take over a project already under way?
Yes, after a short audit of the existing file, quoted separately. It states plainly what can be carried forward and what has to be redone.
Do you work in BIM?
We work in whatever coordination environment the design team has set up and deliver the agreed formats. The model does not replace the calculation or the schematic.
How long does a preliminary design take?
For an apartment block, usually three to five weeks from the site visit, depending on how complete the record drawings are.
A project that needs a technical opinion?
Tell us the building and the stage it is at. You will get an assessment and a fixed fee per phase, with no obligation.
