An independent building services practice: we design, tender and inspect — we do not sell and we do not install.
Where we stand
We are a consulting practice only. We sell no equipment, carry out no installation work and take no commission from suppliers. We are paid a design fee, quoted phase by phase and known in advance. That is the condition for an award recommendation to be worth anything.
How we work
Every capacity figure traces back to a calculation. Every recommendation states what it costs and what it excludes. Every announced shutdown is respected. Less striking than a promise, but it lasts longer.
